Frequently Asked Questions
1. Is there available parking? There is street parking available on Palmer Street. We are encouraging everyone to Uber/Lyft to avoid any issues with parking.
2. Is the home wheelchair-accessible? To preserve the integrity of the original design and construction of the home, it is not currently wheelchair-accessible. There is a small flight of stairs leading up to the front door, and a fairly steep, narrow staircase from the first to the second floor.
3. Can I bring outside food and/or beverages? No, at this time, we do not allow food or beverages to be brought into the home.
4. Can I take pictures/record audio/record video? You are welcome to take pictures and record audio and video!
5. What do I do if I need to change or cancel my reservation? Due to the limited number of tours and visitors, regretfully, all our sales are final. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
6. Can I bring a pet/service animal? Unfortunately, we cannot allow any animals to tour the home at this time.
7. What should I bring to the tour? Your ID, your Eventbrite E-ticket and a form of payment in the event you would like to purchase some exclusive merchandise. We do not accept cash.
